At City Pop, we want you to love every kernel and treat; however, due to the perishable nature of our gourmet popcorn and snacks, we can only accept returns on non-food items or incorrect orders. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the product if it arrived damaged or was incorrect.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization number or confirm your eligibility for a replacement.
- 3.Pack Your Item
For non-perishable returns, place the item securely in its original packaging including all tags and the packing slip.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is received or your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
